What It Does

Multi-tenant learning management system with a 32-course catalog, role-based access control (admin, manager, learner), completion tracking with audit trail, and FIRE Scout readiness verification integrated at course completion. The Joule Bridge layer connects LMS completion to JOULE Workplace clock-in gating so training and operations share a single readiness signal.

Three Active Blockers

Shared secret placeholder must be set in criterion_bridge.php before the Bridge connection is live
Course seeder must be run once to populate the course catalog, then deleted from the server
Lesson content seeder is still needed to populate course lessons with actual content

Standalone administration of the FIRE Scout forced-choice psychometric instrument. Measures Financial Autonomy, Influence Susceptibility, Risk Appetite, and Execution Discipline. The forced-choice format makes self-presentation impossible - no option reads as clearly superior, so respondents cannot optimize for a preferred profile. The result is behavioral truth, not self-image.

Behavioral Hiring
HIRE Scout™

Forced-choice behavioral assessment administered at hire. Profiles candidates across four dimensions and writes the result to the Joule bridge, linking automatically to the employee's Workplace and LMS records by email.

Ready

What It Does

Administers the forced-choice behavioral instrument at the point of hire and produces an archetype, tier, and four dimension scores (Discipline, Composure, Initiative, Teamwork). On completion it saves the profile to the Joule bridge (scout_save.php), which links the record to the employee's Workplace and LMS accounts by email or queues it for readiness review if no account exists yet.

How to Use

  • Open the platform and enter the candidate email on setup
  • Complete the forced-choice assessment (untimed)
  • View the archetype, tier, and four dimension bars at completion
  • Save to the Joule bridge from the results screen
  • The profile then appears on the employee record in Joule Workplace

Validates whether an employee, role, manager, or location is ready to perform. Converts Joule LMS completion, OJT photo-proof signoff, HIRE Scout role-fit, and manager signoff into a single readiness status.

What It Does

A seven-view readiness product: dashboard, employee readiness with profile drill-in, role readiness paths, OJT signoff, location readiness, a readiness gate, and admin settings. The status engine computes Ready, In Progress, Blocked, or Overdue from LMS completion plus certifications plus OJT plus manager signoff plus due date. The OJT signoff view captures photo proof of the completed task on the floor and records Competent, Coaching Needed, or Not Yet Ready, locking the record and writing it to both Readiness and Execute.

How to Use

Demo Notes

Live connectors activate once readiness_get.php, locations_get.php, and the readiness schema are deployed. Until then the app runs on isolated demo data and shows a "Live sync unavailable" flag. No view fails visibly.
