What HIRE Scout is
HIRE Scout is a short behavioral assessment built for hospitality roles. It asks you to read realistic workplace situations and choose how you would respond. It is an assessment and role-fit tool, not a test you pass or fail.
It looks at how someone tends to operate at work across four areas: holding standards, staying composed under pressure, taking initiative, and working within a team.
How it is used
- ·The result is one input among others in the employer's process.
- ·A person at the employer makes the final hiring decision. The tool does not hire, reject, or rank you on its own.
- ·Your responses are used to produce a role-fit summary for that application.
Your choices
You can, where applicable in your location and the employer's process:
- ·Ask for an alternative process. You may request to be considered without completing HIRE Scout.
- ·Request an accommodation. If you have a disability that affects taking the assessment, you may request an accommodation.
- ·Ask how it works. You may request information about what the assessment evaluates.
- ·Request human review. You may ask that a person review your application.
Making a request will not, by itself, count against your application.
Make a request
Use this form to ask for an alternative process, an accommodation, information, or human review. The employer's hiring contact will follow up.
Your request is sent to the employer's hiring contact for handling. Do not include sensitive medical detail here; a brief description of what you need is enough.
